Hello,

I'm contemplating buying a QE55Q7FN or QE55Q8FN this weekend.

I've searched online but can't seem to find a conclusive answer to one question: is it possible to use bluetooth headphones with these models?

Thanks in advance.

Hey @GaryGillatt

Both models have Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth Audio and BT HID Support.

A live web chat enquiry to support said the opposite.

That's unfortunate.

Sorry corrected. But no headphone socket?

That's right, it has Bluetooth but not a headphone socket.

Whilst there may be some demand for headphone sockets generally nowadays TV  manufacturers do not see it as a priority and can be regarded as "Old Technology", you would certainly expect Bluetooth in any decent  set though.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
