I am having problem with tv when watching it keeps turning off then on again only after the first hour

Hi @Tee2. Hope you're doing well. Can you please give more information on what you're experiencing with the TV? Does this happen on any particular sources, apps, or channels?

Do you have anything connected to the TV?

Also, can you please confirm the software version on your TV? You can check this in Support > Software Update.

Hi Asadm,

 

yes it normally starts after about 1 hour of watching tv or any other source I have a one connect box software is 1280

Thanks for confirming, @Tee2. Let's try disconnecting everything from the TV and One Connect Box, and unplug it from the socket for 30 seconds. When you set up the TV again, please monitor this.

I have tried new batteries in remote also disconnecting everything and stating again update on software

Thanks for confirming. Let's try a soft reset on the TV. You can do this by going into Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.

Is it the reset smart hub or just reset there is two options
