QE50QN90B 2022 Neo QLED - Very slow after 1 week of use

I am struggling with this TV... worst buy of my life so far!
Very slow to start or to move around apps with the remote ( 1-2 seconds lag or so ) and a few of the most used apps do not work immediately and load for ages and then crash.

The 10 second soft reset fixes the problem but only for a little bit, it happens several time per day.

Update it if it is slow

The problem persist, just 1 day after hard reset it came up again. Seems a little less frequent now.  The TV is way to slow compared to my old TV. I have tried with the update.  No devices is connected to it I have even uninstalled the Alexa app. 

anything else I should try?
