QE49Q85T Active Voice Amplifier greyed out?

I want to set up the active voice amplifier on my QE49Q85T but it is greyed out in the menu. Do I have tet something else to enable it?

On another forum, the AVA option is greyed out if using an iPhone. It only works on an android phone. Hopefully it’ll be fixed down the line. That is if you’re using an iPhone. I speaking more specifically to the new q950a soundbar but I don’t know if it’s the same for you.
