QE49Q60R no picture only sound

When I first turn tv on there's no picture only sound. But I can see virgin media menu and guide just no picture until I take hdmi out and put back in. Only ever occurs when first powered on. Any help would be much appreciated thanks

@Stefan1978: It might be worth checking the video output settings on the Virgin box to see if your current option is supported, as it seems like you're experiencing a 'handshake' issue when first powering on the device. Alternatively, try powering off the Virgin box when you turn off your TV, and power the 2 devices on at the same time, to see if this helps at all.

I checked the video output on my virgin box and i think it's correct for my tv (2160p) so I tried powering them on together and it comes on fine with picture every time so thanks for your help, much appreciated.
