I’m having a problem with my new remote, my TV is brand-new bought in 2021 and has the Disney+ app on it, I bought this new remote yesterday and it has a Disney+ button on the remote, but when I click it it does nothing it doesn’t connect.
I’m having a problem with my new remote, my TV is brand-new bought in 2021 and has the Disney+ app on it, I bought this new remote yesterday and it has a Disney+ button on the remote, but when I click it it does nothing it doesn’t connect.
The Netflix button, Amazon Prime button and everything else is working fine.

But for some reason when I click Disney+, there is no reaction at all that infrared is working when I press it.
The infrared is working when I press it, I checked it.
