Q9FN serial number

I have a problem with my TV and support is asking for a serial number.

The problem is I cannot find it, there is no sticker on the back of the television.

It is a Q9FN TV with a one connect box.

The TV does not turn on.

The reciept I have does not show it.

Any ideas?

@Chris123456: If the sticker is missing from the back and you're unable to access the Settings on the TV itself, then it won't be possible for you to confirm the serial number. Support Centres use this as a key identifier, and to verify the warranty, however they may still be able to raise a repair without it.

I ended up just contacting the seller and they are sending out a technician- the tv is under warranty, thankfully.

I'm curious what happened to the sticker though, do Samsung even put the sticker on or was it removed?

The TV was not acting right before it stopped turning on and I went into the settings for the serial number- it said to "look at the sticker".... which isn't there...

If Samsung are going to make TV's that break- they could at least put the sticker on for me haha.
