Q95T v1461.0 Terrible local dimming on game-mode

Game-mode ON vs OFF see the difference between same images captured in game-mode ON and OFF. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY THIS IS NOT THE PREMIUM TV AS ADVERTISED. Extreme Light bleeding/blooming very poor contrast washed-out image on game-mode. This TV is a Laugh !!!

This TV is ridiculous! We have to demand that they replace our TVs with new ones from 2021. I have had this TV for 8 months and it only gets worse every day!

Bought a Q90T in August for use exclusively with my PC. I had a 2080 Ti in August. I dealt with the dimming issue hoping it would get fixed in a firmware update instead of returning it in my return window. Got a 3090 in late September and this TV has gained issues. I hate this TV and want my money back but can't.

Having the same problem with 75" Q90T: dirty screen, banding and blooming. Bought it few days ago.

Ok I was talking with some Samsung devs here is Poland (they have quite big R&D centers in Warsaw and Cracow) and they confirmed that local dimming is disables because of faulty hardware that can overheat and disabling local dimming spares quite a lot of processing in game mode which is most demanding. 

This is also the reason why after factory reset or for the first several minutes of playing the picture quality is better than after hours of playing. The motherboard overheats and it affects quality of image.

Samsung accepts claims (if you are lucky) and replaces motherboards but it will not change the firmware to have the  full power of the TV. Only hope would be in some jailbreak and custom firmware but chances for it are close to 0.

The point of gaming mode is to processing for fastest response time tho. The processor should be working less in game mode.
Regardless if true, I'm even more disappointed in this TV.
