Q95t picture glitch/pixalted

Hello, i have a 65 Q95t. And ive been through all the settings on the tv to try and resolve, picture glitches, picture pixalted the picture is just not right! Amd 4k uhd content is even worse! But when you put in retail mode and see the BEAUTIFUL picture.. Makes me think the screen CAN produce it. Just wont do for me. Any help would be appreciated thanks (bugging the hell out of me)

Also keeps coming up one connect cable fault, which turns tv on and off. Tv is under warranty.
