NEW TV WITH INOPERABLE ''ONE CONNECT BOX'' AS DETERMINED BY SAMSUNG SUPPORT ON LINE BUT NO ACTION THEERAFTER - NOW I HAVE A NEW TV THAT I PAID FOR TWO WEEKS AGO AND IT DOESNT WORK AND SAMSUNG ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT - I CANNOT GET ANYBODY ON THE PHONE ...WHAT SHOULD I DO?
