hi all this is my first post , I took deliver on Monday of my first Samsung tv payed 3500 pounds And wall mounted it and looked great followed all instructions plugged the one connect cable in the tv plugged it into the box and powered up , and then hit a problem no picture just sound can anyone help me please what am I doing wrong , I've re seated the one connect cable a few times and no picture I can just see the back lights come on , this is rubbish
