Q90T scanlines

I bought a Q90T a week ago and I'm noticing weird scanlines that go up from the bottom of the screen. It only shows on certain colours for example dark gray.

This is in game mode with game motion plus off.

Turning game motion plus on makes the problem go away but I don't like game motion plus on so wish to keep it off.

If you can't get to a uniform colour then try this instead: 

Try this:

Go to HDMI 4 with your console turned OFF so it's on the source screen. Turn game mode on and disable game motion plus. You should see the scan lines now.

I think Samsung need to release firmware that fixes:-

- Scanlines in game mode, game motion plus off

- Local dimming in game mode (not effective compared to movie picture mode)

- Ghosting

Yep. I get this too. Rare but annoying when it shows.

I'm having the same issues on the 90T system. I bought an Xbox Series X  and when in game mode + VRR I see the same horizontal scanning lines moving up and down the screen. Additionally, I am experiencing gamma issues which dissapear if I turn off VRR off.

I see a lot of consumers struggling with these issues. When can we expect a firmware update Samsung?
