Q90T makes clickins sound when start up, then the sound turns off

Hey guys, I bought a new samsung q90t tv a week or 2 ago. Now every time I start the tv up, it makes a clicking sound in the back and then the sound goes out. The picture is fine, just no sound. It usually works when. I unplug it the power source from the back, and plug it back in. But that is a temporary solution. I have tried all testing, but can't figure it out. Please let me know if there is a solution.
