Q90R unable to do a factory reset

Hi,

 

I have a Q90R 65 inch and I am unable to do a factory reset.

 

If I go to Settings > General > the "reset" appears light grey and I am not able to click it ( if I press it it says "this function is not available").

 

How can I do a factory reset?

Hi @Hubble 

 

Do you have your Smart Hub or any apps open when trying to reset the TV? If so, could you close them down and try again please?

Hi Chris,

 

That was it. Closing Netflix and the other apps solved the problem.
