A couple of months I purhased a Q90R TV and it's great untill we bumped into this problem:
When someone already viewed a streaming video (via netflix or other streaming app) the TV will load all content (preview images) but won't load a streaming video. When I hard reset the TV (press and hold the power button on the remote for 8 seconds and QLED symbol is displayed) it can stream video's again.
I already reserved a IP address on our WIFI router for the TV as it disconnected a lot.
Anyone know how to solve this? Also, how can I setup a fixed IP for the TV?
