Since 2 months I have a 2022 QN90B 50".
Picture is great, menus and remote meh.

The problem is that sometimes the tv or the remote goes crazy:
- up button stops working
- tv overlay shows tv channels cycling at full speed,  0 > 999, as if the CH + button is pressed continuosly
- tv never switch off. I switch off the tv, and it switch on immediately

still tried multiple times to pair the remote to the tv.
I have:
- xbox x on hdmi1 with auto switch on/off
- switch on hdmi2 with auto switch on
- a panasonic sounbar on hdmi arc with auto switch on

any ideas??

Hi @Geims83  Check you have the latest firmware  which is 1520.7 https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/QE50QN90BATXXU/  If not the issue  try pairing your Remote again by  pressing the return and play/pause Buttons simultaneously for around 3 seconds or until the pairing window appears. You can also reset the Remote by removing the Batteries and holding in Power Button for 8 seconds before reinserting the Batteries again.

If this does not make a difference try a soft Reset by holding in the Power Button on the Remote for around 5 seconds until the Tv reboots, alternatively can unplug from the mains for around a minute.  You could also try a Factory Reset.

Hi! thanks.
I can't remove the batteries on the remote, as I have the solar charged one.
Pairing, already tried, soft reset too.
I am on firmware version 1520, when I try to update the firmware the tv says that there aren't new versions available.
I've seen that sometimes the red led under the tv starts blinking rapidly, even if the tv is off and the remote isn't touched.

You have the latest firmware, the TV just does not include the decimal point. Sometimes firmware is firstly available to download via USB on the support site.

A flashing LED light can indicate an HDMI glitch, power supply issues or faulty components. At the moment though intermittent in your case. Check connections are OK and if possible try another HDMI cable. Could check another socket just in case. However may need to get in touch with Samsung Support.
