My Q9 has been turning itself on and off after it’s been turned of for along time and also the smart remote has to be paired every time this happens has anyone else had this problem
How to update my QE65Q9FAM to 1290.3 as mines 1290

@SeanQ9: Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your TV. At this stage, please can you take a look at the following for me?
- Do you have SmartThings set up to work with your TV?
- Do you have any programme reminders set up on the built in terrestrial TV channels?
- Turn off any connected external devices, such as a set top box or console, when you turn off your TV
- Replace the batteries in your remote control
If you're unable to update the TV via Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now, then you may wish to try downloading the update file onto a USB stick, which you can use to manually update the TV. For further details, please check the handy guide below

i have no smart things connected to the TV
Yes I have programme reminders set up
Yes I’ve turned of everything multiple times
Yes I’ve replaced batteries multiple times
Regarding the links I’ve looked through them and I cannot find the download so I can download the update so I can upload the new update do you have a link to them please as resetting up the smart remote is now ridiculous having to do it every day
