Hello all
I tested today using exFat filesystem on my drive and it was SOOOO fast, amazing. That is really how the TV Recordings is supposed to work.
Unfortunately the TV's later firmware seem to be unable to write to exFat or Fat32 filesystems, the latter which I also tested.
The only solution seems to be periodically moving all the stored recordings to exFat before the NTFS get slow.
On my drive (4200rpm) the sweet spot seems to be somewhere near 450 GB (aprox 2hour recordings). Then NTFS just LAGS.
What's your input on this?
Please like if you see this. Seems all my writings to directly to the drain.
