Q80T Restarting Itself

Hi all,

Just got a Q80T and am having an issue with the TV turning itself off at random times. It is then sometimes unresponsive and has to be unplugged from the cable to be turned back on again. Does anyone have any solutions to this?

sammys have a power off setting which is pre set to 4 hours,check that from sttings menu it has options for 1 to 4 hours and off, if its not that contact your point of purchase

Thanks for your reply Pauly Wauly. Unfortunately I've turned the eco settings off and no improvement. Looks like it needs a fix!

For anyone else that might have this problem, I was instructed by Samsung to:

- reset the TV

- unplug HDMI devices

- change the plug that the TV devices were plugged into

- take the batteries out the controller and press every button

Nothing worked unfortunately. They suggested an engineer come out.
