Since the latest firmware update (march 2021?) I have an issue where the TV loses all picture when turning on the PS5. this happens using the TV remote to select the PS5 and also if turning the PS5 on separately.
It doesn't happen every time, perhaps 1 in 3 attempts.
When it happens the screen goes fully black and there is no image at all no matter what is pressed on the TV remote (e.g. home button). However the TV does still send sound to the soundbar during this time.
The only option is to turn the TV off and try again. Once it happens there is usually two or three more times or will fail in a row.
Any ideas? The TV is 6 months old.
