I purchased an XBOX series X and a Q80T.
I am having that black screen and tearing on 120hz - and was so excited when I saw this community had solved it. However, I live in south africa and after downloading the firmware it says that I have no available updates.
My question is, is the firmware region locked? I am worried that I will have to wait for samsung africa to update... and we are usually last on the list.
Can anyone guide me on this? I copied unzipped file to usb (formatted to default FAT32) and then unzipped file to the USB. then INSTANTLY TV told me that no updates were available?
