Hi All.
we bought a brand new Samsung 49Q80 along side the Q70T sound bar.
first month or so everything was working fine with the Audio over HDMI over eARK however it’s standard constantly giving problems. The eARK option seems to disappear randomly on the TV and we then get it showing WiFi connection only and that constantly cycles on a s off with sound stopping and working again. Audio from both the TV and sound bar with it dropping in and out
When it does this the only solution is to physically power off the TV at the mains and then back on and it works for a day again if I’m lucky.
Totally disappointed in this as I would expect these two to just work as it should.
Anyone got any solutions to this as its getting worse as well and it’s TV that seems to be the cause.

Try this I’ve spent ages to get to this point so I posted - different TV but I think problem is generic/widespread.
