My TV is only a few weeks old. Bought it brand new. Audio drops for about 2-3 secs randomly. I thought it was the sound bar so I disconnected it completely and just used the tv speakers and it still keeps happening. I resulted to updating the software, running a sound test (came back no issues), resetting it to factory setting, and even changing the setting from "auto" to "PCM" in digital output audio format. All of my efforts are unsucessful. I do not know what else to do. This tv is brand new! Someone please help. Thank you!
