Q70B TV video issues

I got a new Q70B tv delivered yesterday, set it up and seemed to be working perfectly until you try to watch anything on it and then the video is all distorted. 

When doing the 'picture' test everything looks perfect but when running the 'video' test everything is sort of yellow and pixilated. This is the same across all the apps on the TV itself like netflix, YouTube etc and when using the xbox connected to the TV. I've been in touch with support and tried resetting the TV, resetting the smart hub etc but nothings worked. They're sending out an engineer to look at it but just thought I'd put something up here to see if anyone else has had this issue and if it was able to be resolved.
