Q70 49" TV fault - crashes switches back on crahaes again

my 2 month old Samsung Q70 has developed a fault where it switches itself off and the turns itself back on displaying a Samsung QLED TV logo. No image comes back on from the TV it then switches itself back off and starts the whole thing again. 

Yes, I have unplugged for at least 30 seconds and plug it back in, it continues the loop.
