hi. I bought a q60t soundbar along with my qe55q80t in 2020. Recently I have noticed that when we turn on TV in morning ( via sky box), the sound comes on for a few seconds and then completely goes. Only way to fix it is by turning soundbar off and on again. It never used to do this. Also- it seems that there is interference through the subwoofer at low volume? I have seen some comments re firmware update but I'm not sure how to get this done on the q60t. Any help would be appreciated 🙏
