Hi all,

new to the community and would like to ask for some advice from members.

I purchased a 43inch Q60R back in May this year. In June after lots of complaining about the tv it had a new main board and new screen fitted under warranty (long story !!)

Over the past couple of weeks I noticed a bit of light bleed appearing in all 4 corners of the screen; wasn't there when I got the tv back from repair.

On further inspection it appears that either the screen has moved back in the corners or something is wrong with the frame / bezel - There is white light emitting around all 4 corners of the screen between the screen itself and the bezel; also there are a few areas along left, right and top edges showing the same gap with light coming through.

I want to send Samsung pictures showing this as I believe it could be a substandard repair but cannot find any email details any where - does any one out there have this information ?

Would appreciate any ones thoughts about the defects I have described.

Thanks
