Hi I've had a q60r for a few weeks now, and bought a sony soundbar to go with it.
for a couple of weeks all was fine, then TV stopped recognising the soundbar via the ARC, i can see the picture from the soundbar however it does not recognise it as a sound bar so doesn't give me the sound options to switch the sound bar.
I have tested the soundbar and cable on another TV that is ARC compatible and works without issue.
not sure if it's linked but i find that when i switch on my PS4 pro from rest mode, i sometimes get a black screen. and have to remove the HDMI cable and reinsert to get the picture back.
any assistance would be greatful.
