Q60A 50” locking up/restarting when changing Source

Hi. 

TV is less than a week old, but when changing from a source such as PlayStation or separate PVR back to Live TV, when the live tv content starts showing the screen will lock up and the TV will shutdown and restart about 3/4 times? It keeps doing this.

Very disappointed so far as gone from a 14 year old Panasonic that never gave a moments trouble and this is playing up within a few days.
