Hi,
I've had the QLED 55" Q6 for a couple of years now with no issues, however recently the TV has developed thin vertical lines that look like dead pixels across the screen.
There are multiple lines and they are no wider than a single pixel. The Vertical Lines are continuous and go from the top of the screen to the bottom.

Can anyone advise how this issue can be resolved?

Hi @Moir1987
That's not what we like to hear. Could you try running a picture test for us? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Run Picture Test. Do the lines show on the brightly coloured beach scene?

I have the same problem with my UE55ES8000 - is there a way to fix this?
i can see vertical lines on the test picture just on left hand side of screen.
very obvious when viewing green backgrounds such as football and golf

Hi, yes ran the picture tests and the vertical lines are visible on all of them.

Hi, I think it's an LED screen failure if I'm honest. Exactly the same as you're reporting, looks worse on green backgrounds but it's present all the time.
The main line is through the middle and there's a number of them with different colours all over the screen. Hopefully there's a resolution to this.

I have the exact same issue, a single line all the way down vertically - is this the screen or the separate box ?
