Q55 in UK. Get German channels?

I'd like to get the German channels on Astra satellite. Searching only finds English.

Is this to do with the Samsung Region restrictions I've read about in relation to installing apps?

Can you manually tune by entering the frequency, baud and H/V information? I can do that with my Freesat box to pick up free to air channels outside the Freesat offerings

Yes I can. And eg I select 10773H and do a search. It finds 13 channels. Satexpat tells me there are 4 German channels on this. I go to the channel list but there is no sign of them.

The tv has an Export channels feature. To a connected USB device. What format you ask? Text? Nope. Excel? Nope. Its SQLlite!!
