Hello everyone, as you can see in the video, the image is correctly calibrated until netflix or another streaming app uses HDR. It seems that the tv gets ”stuck” in a specific hdr setting, until i open youtube and play an SDR video that is. Then the problem is suddenly fixed. Support did some reset to my tv which didn’t help at all and i’ve tried everything. This problem happens on different consoles, so it’s an issue with the tv. Movie hdr mode while watching netflix is also bugged, the image is great until a 10 second mark passes, then everything gets crushed blacks and i can barely see anything. Is there any way to solve this or did i buy a broken tv? It’s a q60T 55”
