Promotional menu on TV

On my Samsung-ue32k5100aw a promotional menu keeps appearing. This looks like a demo mode. I found some solutions but they involve a menu button on the TV. I don't see a menu button anywhere on my TV. Am I blind or is there another solution for this type of TV?

Hi @Jonas110 ,

Let's see if we can get you into the right bit.

You've got a K-series TV, so it should have a 'home' button on the remote:

Pressing that should take you to something like the screen above. Use the arrow keys on the remote to navigate and the return/enter key to select.

You need to get to the 'Settings'/cogwheel on the homebar at the bottom, and click into it:

From there, it should be:  System > Expert Settings > Use Mode > Home use
