one year ago, I purchased a projector from Samsung and experienced some faults some time in January. I sent it out for repair to a company called RepairTech and had it returned shortly however, the problem continued. I sent it out again twice for repair to a company called GroupFX which they again returned it to me both times without having it repaired. On the 14th of April I let it out for repair after having contacted both Samsung and GroupFX but they’re unsure of what is going on with my product and give me contrasting answers. For the past 4 months, the product I purchased have been with them for repair and I still have not had it returned. I requested a refund to which they’re declining. @all

Don’t buy any Samsung projectors, customer care is really bad and they don’t have engineers to fix it
