I recently purchased this TV but when I go to register the product the TU8000 series is not available for selection. 

How do I register the TV?

Hi Chris,

No I haven't got sorted. I'm using https://www.samsung.com/ie/support/warranty/ but the 2020 43 inch TV is not listed.

Hi Chris,

I was trying it on a Smart Phone and not all the options were showing up when I was scrolling. I found the correct product when I used my PC.

All registered now.

I'm unable to get through on the phone. I have no access to a pc. on my phone my modle 49 inch series 7 curved is not there. what can I do?

I also have a sound bar HW-T400. asking for serial number. where do I find this?

@Abigail93: The serial number for your soundbar can be found on a sticker on the back of the device itself, usually located above the barcode. Look for the reference 'S/N' and you should be good to go.

my model only appeared when I did registration on a PC. Model did not show up when doing registration through a Samsung mobile phone.
