Very frustrated. Have been using ok for some time . but just recently cannot always use my earphones just tells me to check if they are turned on (which they are and are paired). I do understand this has to be in conjunction with tv speakers as opposed to sound bar. When I double check the multi output audio in accessibility settings it is greyed out and tells me is not available (although previously has been. I have tried all the obvious things including factory reset. Then occasionally it might work but then lose it again.
Its just not a case of cant use earphones with tv speakers but cant use earphones at all
