Problema riroduzione file mkv e mp4

Salve ho una TV Samsung Smart TV con app Smart iptv, e stranamente tutti i file .mkv partono e dopo 5-6 secondi e avanzato di 20 minuti, mentre con i file .avi non ho nessun problema, mentre per cio che riguarda i file mp4 non partono proprio. Potete aiutarmi? Grazie
