hello, my qled tv (QE55Q60R) is facing the problem with subtitles. I am using NAS with twonky media server. sometimes moviea.mkv and moviea.srt works without problems, other time movieb.mkv and movieb.srt does not work, is anybody facing the same issue? I need to know the trigger while some movies with subtitles are working and some not
