Hello! my TV t5300 safe from turning off, it's blocked, even we can't navigate in the menu, only HDMI 1 working that's all. I really need help thanks in advance !!
No, i bought it as a new tv packed in its box, theproblemis with me, because i went into the secret menu and i made a wrong manipulation and it is blocked,nothing works!so i need help resetting it via computer or something else .
you'll need an engineer to come out and fix that with the right equipment but I doubt it will be a free repair since you caused the issue by messing with engineer menus on the TV. either way get in touch with Samsung to arrange a repair
