Our Samsung smart TV Q70 can connect internet. We can watch Netflix. However we can not watch Duplex Play . We were watching it successfully before but suddenly it stopped showing. We can see the channel list but the stream is not coming.
when we try with smartphone as a hotspot it works perfectly. Please can somebody help?
