Problem with a TV

Hello folks,  I work as a volunteer in the Devon Air Ambulance Trust Charity Shop and I am trying to test a Samsung TV for resale.  I have PAT Tested it for electrical safety and all is fine on that front.

The TV is a LE26A457C1DXXU and, it is working perfectly with the exception that I cannot get it to find all of the 'normal' channels such as BBC1 - BBC2 - ITV etc etc.  It has found all of the more obscure ones such as Sky Arts and QVC etc and when I check the 'Guide' there are a fair few channels that have been found but none of the usual ones.

The country is showing as correct.

Any help will be much appreciated.  Thank you.

Yes there is autotune  and I ran it and it picked up a load of stations including radio but no BBC or ITV etc

How about settings regional

I haven't found an option to set regionally, only nationally  i.e. UK

EDIT: Don't ask me how I did it but I have managed to crack it now.  I have been messing about with the TV for about an hour since starting this thread, and then finally decided to do another scan and 'eureka' I got something like 180 channels including all of the 'usual ones'.
