I've been watching Netflix and Prime video on my Samsung Smart TV for months with no problem, just selecting the appropriate icon from source menu at bottom of screen and going into my relevant account. I've really got into a series on Prime which we've been watching every night, no problems. Then 3 nights ago we settled to watch as usual and when I selected Prime TV logo from screen in usual way it wouldn't load it up. Netflix, catch up channels everything else works as before. I checked I'm still active on Amazon prime and account should be fine and I can access it from my computer just not the TV anymore. Any ideas why?

Hey @Linbel! Are you still experiencing issues with this? What is the model of the TV? Try these steps Menu > Settings > Support >Software update > Update now. Also, Support > Samsung Home > Settings (cog top right) > Choose Prime Video and select Reinstall. Should this not help, please reset the TV Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.
