I have been unable to find anything related to our terms and conditions being updated. Can you tell me what TV and software version are you using and where are you based?
You can find the model at the back and the software version from the TV Settings> Support> About this Tv/Contact Samsung.

What happened when you press OK from the notification? Does this come back during the same day or only when the TV has been off for a while?
