i have a similar issue with my new UE50TU8507, it started with the same issue you are having and then progressed to the app not working at all so i have uninstalled it an now it wont let me reinstall it. really frustrating as this was the reason i got the TV.

are you able to try the steps provided by @AntS in this similar thread?
A soft reset of the TV should resolve (as it'll force re-install the apps): Settings -> General -> Reset.

hello everyone, I solved the problem by turning off the TV and unplugging it from the wall for about 30 seconds. Thank you all for your kindness. Regards
