Following guidance on another post (about the All4 app not working on the Samsung TV), I reset my smart hub.
Now, I can't install the Prime Video app, I keep getting the error code 125110.
I have tried the soft reset and switching the TV off for 1 minute. Neither worked.
I tried to update the tv software. The update now option is greyed out and disabled.
Please help or I'll be returning the TV.

I am having the exact same problem. I've tried all of the solutions Samsung technical support have suggested, and they say the problem is with Amazon. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Amazon, and they say the problem is only occurring with Samsung TVs (and further have only given me the same recommendations that Samsung gave which don't work). Very frustrating so hopefully someone will figure out the problem sooner rather than later.

All4 is still goosed. It's like it's frozen in time. I can't get access to any new episodes since the end of July.
I know the episodes are available, as I can get them from All4 on my phone app.
I'm telling everyone not to buy a Samsung TV now. The problems and the lack of response or solution from Samsung is appalling.
