Pop up bar

All of a sudden a pop up bar keeps appearing on my screen ever minute or so,, displaying the words series 4 with wide colour enhancer, connect share, energy efficiency,  movies and other things... how do I stop this

depends what you have downloaded as some apps have a 3rd party hidden with it ... when did it start and what have you downloaded??
