Bought 2 Samsung televisions within 16 months. First one broke down after 13 months, contacted Samsung, as a TV should last quite a bit longer certainly for the price I paid. All Samsung said, sorry, out of warranty but we will help you...here are the details from an authorised repairer. Result, repair not economical. So I purchased my next Samsung television, this one packed in after only 3 months. Screen faulty and after a month I was told that screen could not be replaced so was offered refund or alternative replacement...sorry Samsung, no more Samsung anymore for me.. I really believed Samsung offered top quality products,bought all your appliances but no longer... very disappointed. Never even had a reply to my complaint nor any empathy or apology. You try to manage a person with dementia for who the television is a unmissable and a priority.
