Genuine question. Why is Samsung's products quality all so bad?!! My phone scratches as the slightest brush of the charger lead around the port, my nearly £2000 TV has tiny blue marks along with a large one in the corner, from literally wiping the screen with a dry microfibre cloth. My watch is full of scuffs and I rarely even brush it against a wall. The metal on my soundbar is misaligned. It's all so bad and I don't know why?!

Every Samsung phone and tablet I've ever had ( and I've had lots over the years) have been flawless, both in build quality and performance. I've never owned their TVs, though...Sony all day long. I guess some lemons do slip through QC from time to time.

Honestly it's awful, creaks all the time, always hearing pops and everything.

I've a few Samsung products including TV and honestly, I've never had an issue with any of them and always been pleased with what I've purchased.

Maybe Samsung hates that I've gave them over 10k lmao. I love the quality in terms of like the screen and stills picture quality but everything else is just downright awful, software, build quality etc. especially to say my latest purchase is a nearly 2k oled and yet it's so poorly built it's unbelievable

If you're having issues with so many devices, one has to ask if the issue is not with Samsung but with the way you handle your devices?

Perhaps be a bit more careful in future?

My devices still look new. Phone has screen protector and case. So does my watch and tablet. Without them my devices wouldn't be looking as new. It would be the same as any other brand. Haven't owned a samsung TV for years so can not say on their latest models.

I completely agree with you, but it's not at all to do with the handling, I must've matched at least 30 videos on how to handle my TV because it's so thin, perfectly set it up, laid it on the stand, and then when I took the wrapper off the front, covered in blue marks, and get neither of us touched the screen. And then several times an hour I'll hear a crackle or pop from my TV like the metals and plastics aren't properly bonding. It's just shoddy manufacturing tbh. Why does a £1300 soundbar have misaligned metal? I just don't get it

Yeah, my phone has had both from day one, but there's still tiny bits on the back of my phone where the glass has gone smooth and darker (like the size of an ant though) and my charger port has a big c shaped scuff, and yet I barely even use the charger, i just use wireless for overnight
