Hi,

We have everything from Samsung from kitchen appliances, TVs to Mobile phones but I am really disappointed with my latest purchase of QLED Q65T 75 inch TV. I am surprised how Samsung has launched TV with such a poor video quality (moving objects). Is it because its a  base model in QLED series. I would prefer old plasma TV than this, really (I mean it).

The moving objects in any video are blurr and leave traces behind. Fast motions like moving hand gestures, running, dance scenes, moving cars, fights, falling objects are so blurr. We just saw Avatar in HD and so many scenes where people are running, fighting were just blurr. I am really surprised that this product is launched. I have adjusted every settings like judder, LED, Auto picture quality etc but nothing works. Keeping Judder reduction to 10 improves it a bit but still blurr so so obvious. I am surely returning my TV and would really like people to try few different videos and do not just go for marketing videos which QLED TVs show in showrooms.

Honestly my old plasma HD 5-inch Samsung TV was much better than this.

I'm only guessing, but could it be that your hdmi cable needs upgrading? I had q similar problem and upgraded my cable to an 8k 2.1 ultra high speed. and it improved my picture greatly.

Couldn't agree more. Samsung have a build issue with QLED TVs and their lifetime is a lottery. Poor quality products dressed up in the Samsung Brand.

If you don't believe me, speak to their authorised repair shops and see how many reconditioned QLED TVs they have for sale, following repairs or trade ins.

Steer well clear.
