Please supply the one Connect box serial number?

I have a  UE49MU7000T (maf 2016-7 Serial number 0D7C3HIJ3000129Y.  I  tried the online chat to no avail, The first call I put through to repairs they re-routed me to the Accessories line which did not give the option to speak to anyone. I then rang back and was told that they did not know the serial number of the one connect box and Espares.co.uk  said it was discontinued. Can anybody help?

Hi,
It's usually located on the outside of the box on a sticker that also contains several bar codes, your device's IMEI number, etc. It'll either be on the back or the side of the box

Sadly the existing box is behind the plaster board of the person who gave me the TV

No this did not help. I managed to find the serial number through another route
